1:How could I get a price list ?

2:How to Place an order?
Please send us which items of goods you need,then our sales manager
will quote the prie for your reference,if you agree with the price,delivery method
payment method,then our sales manager will make a pi for your
confirmation.if you agree,pls make the payment.Once we get the payment
or payment bill,we will arrange your order and make the shippment
as soon as possible.
3:Which payment method do you accept?
We accept payment of T/T,Western Union,Moneygram,Paypal & Cash.
4:What kind of transportation Methods you offer?
It depends on Customer's Country & volume and weight of the package.
A. For spare-parts, we use express delivery like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS. But if buyers provide us accounts of their own, transportation fee paid by such accounts are also welcomed.
B. For goods with large package, we will transport by air and sea, and we will confirm freight with buyers’ prior delivery.
5:How long can I get my package?
A:arrangement time:For spare parts: 1-3 days. For screen protector/case/charger/battery,which needs to be produced,pls confirm with our sales manager .
B:shipping time: DHL/UPS/Fedex/TNT:3-4 days.EMS: 5-10 days.
6:what is your company Warranty?
We provide 3-6 Months warranty for flex/copy lcd/copy touch screen etc
And 1-3 month warranty for original & tested goods
7:How is the after Sales Service?
Our Team is in charge of after-sales service,if you have get any problem of customs clearance & goods quality,please contact with our sales manager,they will offer help you as soon as possible.
if you need return defective goods to us ,please make sure goods are delivered by GDS & goods are within warranty.we will provide the first feedback within 5 work days!
